Das Programm ist zwar leider sehr teuer, aber es ermöglicht wirklich sehr vieles, was eine Reihe anderer Apps nicht mal ansatzweise hin bekommen. Ich selber bin schon von Anfang an WolframAlpha Nutzer, und auch Mathematica benutze ich sehr sehr gerne, auch schon wg. meinem Studium.Es lohnt sich wirklich, einfach mal soviel zu investieren, um dann in der Zukunft Ruhe zu haben, was Rechner, Plotter, oder sonstiges angeht... :)

Der Preis ist natürlich sehr hoch (und jetzt, da ich die App gekauft habe, sollte er auch so bleiben…). Der Kauf lohnt sich aber für alle, die WolframAlpha etwas öfter nutzen, denn die Performance der App ist wirklich deutlich besser, als die mobile iPhone-Seite per Safari. Zudem ist die größere Tastatur wirklich sinnvoll und vereinfacht die Eingabe enorm. Das Scrollen durch die Ergebnisse ist wirklich flüssig. Die Nachteile (neben einigen Lücken in Wolfram Alpha selbst) liegen vor allem in der fehlenden Möglichkeit Ergebnisse zu exportieren. Zwar kann man diese per Twitter oder Mail verschicken, allerdings nur die Eingabe, nicht aber das Ergebnis. Das ist schade und nervig. Copy und Paste geht natürlich ebenfalls nicht. Schade ist auch, dass es WolframAlpha nicht schon zu meiner Schulzeit gab…

Auf diese Anwendung habe ich als begeisterter Mathematica und WolframAlpha Nutzer schon sehr lange gewartet. Zuerst wirkt der Preis abschreckend, aber die Möglichkeiten die ich mit Wolfram Alpha habe ersetzten sehr sehr viele andere Apps. Das Konzept ist sehr gut durchdacht und läuft sehr flüssig, auch das Design stimmt... typisch Wolfram halt!Für Mathematica Nutzer zu empfehlen.
