I bought the App in spite of missing ratings. the support was great... I had a problem connecting to Picasa Webalbums ... and within a few hours I got respons from the developer... all described functions a runnig will ...only a small problem with creating a new web album... the developer promised to fix it. Some funtions are missing ... example ... change description of pictures or leave a comment ... but it is really a great app!
